This is a PC issue because the device does work on my Windows 8.1 laptop.While the computer is rebooting disconnect the USB 2861 device from your computer When you first plug in the Video Capture USB device it should pop up a little ballon that says something like.Now have a video from many different manufacturers.Download Now ROXIO USB 2861 DEVICE DRIVER
